Design in which the choice luxury materials and natural woods alternate with ancestral forms like the circle for playful, amusing compositions. The Plinko series comprises coffee and side table versions, available in a variety of finishes and sizes. The unusual slanting shapes give every piece a dynamic air, enhanced by metal or glossy lacquered finishes, the lines cut into the surfaces and the use of woods. The inclined form of the side table further highlights this dynamic effect. In the mini versions of the coffee table, on the other hand, the top with the lines cut into its surface is en bloc with the base, while the metallic finish underlines the monumental nature of the small forms. In contrast, the largest version of the coffee table has an inclined cylindrical graphite base with two rotating circular sections one above the other, the first in Terra Ambrata color and the second in natural wood. The natural wood surface is decorated with the “Micro Game” texture of small relief blocks inspired by the world of videogames, an eye-catching feature that adds an amusing extra touch to the overall design.
