X1 is the operative desk by Quadrifoglio Group for the Design Office division whose design concept is inspired by the famous motto Less is more.
X1 is a patented system: the legs, crosspieces and rods in tubular steel always have a square section of 30x30mm making the desk modular. The top, in wooden conglomerate - in the White, Grey, Cement, Elm, Canaletto Walnut, Oak and the new Bleached Elm finishes - can have two thicknesses: from 18 mm with direct support on the structure or 25 mm, with spacers for a lighter and airier visual effect. A unique menagerie in the junction of the corners contributes to the aesthetic essentiality.
X1 is available not only as a single desk, but also in the bench and meeting table version with the possibility to choose between different sizes and layouts. The desk can be equipped with various accessories, such as cable doors, drawer units and dividing panels, including sound-absorbing ones.
The leitmotif of the project is the simplification of shapes which in a rigorous combination of orthogonal planes gives life to a linear, minimal but functional model.
