Designed by Moreno De Giorgio and developed by Quadrifoglio Group's technical office, Cartesio interprets the space with direct or indirect continuous light, diffused, grazing or point lighting solutions for low voltage. The system consists of an electrified track with extruded aluminum profile 48V DC, which can be mounted on the wall, on the ceiling or pendant. The wired track is designed to house a family of linear and point-like devices for LED lighting, or decorative ones with a more diffused light. A distinctive feature of the track is its extremely small size which makes it aesthetically very fine and elegant: the section is in fact only 19x10 mm for the wall mounted system and 19x25 mm for the suspended one. The modular tracks can be connected together in a horizontal and vertical position through a series of joints and nodes, to give life to unlimited compositional solutions that enhance the geometry and cleanliness of the shapes. To customise and create high-impact lighting scenarios, different types of lighting elements can be installed, which can be freely positioned along the tracks: - Spotlight, with 3 types of spotlights; - Bond, with 2 concentrated light elements with 5 or 10 variable optics; - Auroom with 2 bars with directional light, with a length of 300 mm and 900 mm - Master with 2 bars with distributed light with a length of 300 mm and 900 mm - Triangle with 1 element with adjustable grazing light - Globe with 2 types of glass ball lamps applicable directly on the track or suspended During the assembly, each light device can be dimmed keeping the light in the same configuration the next time it's switched on. Capable of shaping and changing the perception of spaces, it's designed to enhance any environment, whether it's residential, business, hospitality or retail. With a high degree of configuration flexibility and versatility of use, it measures and calibrates the light to create an impressive atmosphere, emphasise corners or pleasantly illuminate areas. It also guarantees energy efficiency with reduced consumption. Cartesio it is not a simple architectural lighting system but a design element with elegant, minimal shapes and an optimal technical performance.
