In 2017 he founded his own studio, Teo Sandigliano Design, which mainly deals with communication, design and research, between Milan and Biella. Graduated in 2014 in Interior Design from the Politecnico di Milano, in 2017 he obtained a Master in Interior Architecture: Research + Design (MIARD) at the Piet Zwart Institute, Willem de Kooning, Hogeschool Rotterdam. Since 2014 he has collaborated with several studios and design companies including Design Library, Makio Hasuike & Co, CNA - C. Nisivoccia Architect, HP, Domus, to name a few. His passion for words and writing led Teo also to collaborate with Living Corriere della Sera (online editorial, 2016/2017), and to the direction and curatorship of WeVux (ongoing), which publishes contemporary architecture / design projects. At the end of 2019, Teo founded Nèo Design Italiano together with Giuseppe Arezzi, Sara Bizzocchi and Elisabetta Boi. In February 2020 he curated the homonymous exhibition at the Courmayeur Design Weekend. Teo's work is based on the idea that Design is a multidisciplinary method able to challenge assumptions, redefining problems, and creating innovative solutions. His approach is a mixture of creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity mediated by research, dialogue, and observation.
