Axi is a chandelier with a "retro-futurist" aesthetic, envisioned by the designer as "a sculpture in space and a functional object," Axi ideally reproduces the rotational motion of a satellite around a planet, which in turn moves around its axis.
Offered in a horizontal or vertical version, Axi is available with the elements in three color combinations (salmon pink/transparent/cherry, blue sky/grey/blue sky, transparent/cherry/grey)
Axi is the first series designed by French designer Patrick Jouin iD for Italamp: a Murano glass collection where technology and tradition, experimentation and centuries-old know-how in glass manipulation coexist.
