Pallone Soft Seasons
Category: Seating

The avant-garde Pallone chair (design: Boonzaaijer/Mazaïrac/De Scheemaker) began life in 1989 as part of an exhibition entitled The House of the Future. It became one of the most distinctive items in the Leolux collection, and has now inspired a new and ultra-contemporary series entitled Soft Seasons.
Exclusive anniversary series
In the years since then, Pallone has undergone several makeovers. We’ve launched smaller versions, and off-the-shelf colour series with names such as Pallone Family, Viva Pallone, and Pallone Paradise.
In 2024, we’re celebrating Pallone’s thirty-fifth anniversary with a new series named Pallone Soft Seasons. Inspired by the Earth’s orbit of the sun, it features six combinations of colours and materials referring to the seasons and to day and night.
Pallone Soft Seasons also makes different use of materials. Until now, the standard seat has been leather, but in this series it’s crafted from soft, caressable bouclé fabric. The legs have changed too; in addition to the existing plastic caps, they’re optionally available in a fully chrome-plated version named Novo.
