The new KONBU series speaks for transformation, innovation, character, and audacity. Born from Newform’s tendency to draw inspiration from the Japanese culinary arts in designing its kitchen collections, the brand’s latest creation brings new character to the kitchen environment.
The design changes look and opens itself up to a new furnishing interpretation, through an unprecedented approach to colour, the fruit of a careful choice in terms of trends and colours that are increasingly present in interior design projects.
The individuality of the series emerges through three matt texture finishes: Soft Eucalypt, a dark green shade that recalls the primary colour of nature; Soft Cortex, an elegant grey chromatism that follows the material mood of modern kitchens; Soft Maple, the boldest finish, and a touch of the unexpected among Newform finishes, inspired by the garnet shades of maple leaves.
Essential volumes and protean lines fluctuate along the profile of the collection, highlighting a balance of proportions and an aesthetic that is as sober as it is intriguing. The detail that catches the eye is on the handle, where the lever continues its design, while remaining in relief and enhancing the refined essentiality of the collection.
With the intention of favouring a plurality of versions, Konbu comes with a square or rounded swivel spout, completing itself with the practicality of a pullout hand jet. Newform adds to the series a semi-professional model with an adjustable spout, structured with a PVC-coated hose that facilitates all cleaning and washing.
