Goniophotometer PHOTOGLOBE 4ASC - overview
It is the only farfield goniophotometer which, for the entire duration of the photometric measures, keeps the sample under test fixed, in its operating position. It is possible to measure any type of lamp or source.
Photoglobe 4FASC is a far-field goniophotometer designed to measure or calculate:
• the space distribution of the light intensity
• the luminous flux
of any type of lighting fixture or light source, in any working position.
The instrument also allows to measure, for any type of luminaire, the spectral irradiance and calculate:
• X, Y, Z tristimulus values and X1, X2 components of X
• x, y chromatic coordinates (CIE 1931 space color)
• u’, v’ chromatic coordinates (CIE 1976 space color)
• Correlated Color Temperature (CCT)
• Color Rendering Index (CRI)
• Test Color Samples (TCS) provided by CIE document for the CRI calculation
• Chromatic Difference (DC)
• Fidelity Index
• Gamut Area Index (GAI)
along a specific direction or as spatially averaged values.

Photoglobe 4FASC goniophotomete r is classified as:
• type 4 according to UNI-EN 13032 standard requirements;
• type C according to IES LM-79-08 standard requirements.
