Endless Enzo Mari
For Enzo Mari “the research is the design, not the product”. Through the pages of the London based Disegno, designers, curators, his former students and collaborators give their personal and intimate insight into working and learning from Mari. A homage to his extraordinary versatile universe.
Enzo Mari was a designer, artist, theorist, writer and critic, but he was also a teacher, an anti-teacher, and much more besides... The London-based Disegno pays homage to Enzo Mari by gathering together a group of collaborators, friends, students and academics in a panel discussion to remember one of the most radical and critical personalities of the design industry. Francesca Giacomelli, Martino Gamper, Corinna Sy, Cat Rossi, Hans Ulrich Obrist and Lorenza Baroncelli will tell us about the passion and care that went into the work of one of the Masters of Italian Design.
