Sophisticated and unconventional, the DAMA sideboard takes its name in Italian from the 3D chessboard finish featured on two of the four doors, which gives the composition an exquisite decorative effect that plays with alternating full and empty spaces. Other unusual details are the angled opening of the side doors and the upper groove created by the slight lowering of the top in comparison to the unit’s geometric form. These details show both sides of Alf DaFrè: the technical mind of a 4.0 company, and the artisanal vocation associated with its history and local tradition.
