CRISTINA CELESTINO

Born in Pordenone in 1980, she graduated in Architecture from IUAV Venice University. In 2005 she started to collaborate with prestigious design studios, focusing on interior and product design. In 2010 she moved to Milan, where she founded her studio and her brand Attico Design. She has received numerous awards and international recognition. With the aim of starting a new entrepreneurial chapter, in continuity with its history, materials and processes typical of the local territory, in 2019 Billiani entrusted Celestino with the artistic direction of the company.

Raquette
Product description
The Cristina Celestino designed Raquette collection pays homage to the ancient technique of intertwining wooden slats. Raquette takes inspiration from the world of tennis through its sides, which resemble racquet strings by virtue of their textured latticework within the frame. The frame itself joins the two main parts: the wooden structure and the soft, organic cushioning, which evokes the plant world. The two combine in perfect harmony to assure exquisitely contemporary comfort.

Fleuron

In the Fleuron chair and lounge chair by Constance Guisset the rationality of the design, based on the idea of a buttress that reinforces a wall, meets the softness of a curved line.

Archetype-A

Archetype-A is a wooden chair designed by Mario Alessiani that celebrates the company’s origins and know-how. The design is as simple as possible. Nothing more than four legs, a seat and a back.
