CROSS ROAD finds its archetype in the Exclusive line of the Contemporary series, and is integrated in the offer of CRISTINA Rubinetterie with the aim of providing a more contemporary and aesthetically light product. The design intervention has focused on reducing the diameter of the spout, which makes the tap elegant and minimalist. A series composed of two-lever mixers for bath and shower/bath, equipped with handles that are aesthetically perfect and functional in use. The finishes range from chrome to matt black, from rose brushed, polished or yellow gold to black chrome and brushed metallic. The shapes of the mixer, ancient and reassuring in their traditional evocation, have been revisited in a modern key by CRISTINA Design Lab, the company’s R&D area dedicated to the development of cutting-edge solutions and technologies. Since the very beginning, in fact, CRISTINA has distinguished itself on the market for being a pioneer of innovation: it was among the first European companies to introduce, in 1968, the thermostatic mixer and to propose a range of 100 surface colours, with the opening of departments dedicated to painting and electroplating, thus revolutionising the sector. For CRISTINA, the search for quality is a strategic objective that sees it engaged not only in design but also in the search for ecological raw materials, such as stainless steel guaranteed by the Centro Inox quality mark, with high technical performance and able to resist over time, while maintaining a high aesthetic level. Moreover, the CRISTINA Design Lab actively collaborates with the designers involved in the research and design of technological solutions and cutting-edge products.
