Yachting and Design. Made in Italy’s positive influence

Graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan, she has her own professional studio in Biella. 

She works for both public and private clients, carrying out building and urban recovery projects, installations, furnishings and strategic planning for associations and institutions. 

She was president of the Order of Architects of Biella, President of ADI, President of WDO World Design Organization. She’s currently a Senator of WDO. 

Chiara Massarani is an architect, Senior Project Director of the Milan-based architecture and interior design practice ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. Graduating in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 2007, after a degree in management engineering, she started her collaboration with ACPV ARCHITECTS in 2008. 

At ACPV ARCHITECTS she has led several teams in interior design projects, particularly in the residential sector and in yacht design for international clients, such as the recent interiors project for the Custom Line Navetta 30 yacht. 

Designer based in New York, the city where he founded his studio in 1978. An early pioneer of the Hospitality industry, the award-winning designer, renown internationally for creating innovative interiors worldwide, including The Beverly Hills Hotel, The Breakers Palm Beach, Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Four Seasons Dubai DIFC and The Oberoi in New Delhi to mention few. Tihany has also created award-winning restaurants for celebrity chefs such as Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Heston Blumenthal and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. 

Stefano is Ferretti Group’s Chief Commercial Officer andWally’s(a brand of Ferretti Group) Managing Director. After graduating in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at the University College London (voted University of the year in 2024 by The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024) he gained an MBA from the University of Sciences and Technology in Hong Kong in Business Administration – Strategy & Entrepreneurship career track. 

Sergio Buttiglieri has been since 2006 Style Director of Sanlorenzo, the first shipyard in the world as mono-brand for yachts and super-yachts beyond 24 metres. Of classical background, he was educated in Parma, where he studied with the eminent art historian Arturo Quintavalle. 

In the wake of an enduring passion, he is also a long- time author of theatrical and artistic reviews for several journals. 

My first step into the nautical industry was 18 years ago when, during my Interior Design course, I took the opportunity to intern for a company that fitted out public spaces aboard large cruise ships. "What is the difference between a large ship and a house?" It was this very question that drove me to seek out answers and step into a world that was completely new to me.
